Return Material Authorization Procedure
For all Silicon Valley Power Amplifier systems, out of warranty repairs are handled expediently. Standard shop rate shall apply, minimum charge of 2 hours. Please consult the factory for a Return Material Authorization or RMA.
500 Watt and 700W Silicon Valley Modules (0101-500CH and 0101-700CH series) may be repaired for a flat charge of $895.00 for serial numbers 3000 and higher, 2999 and below are repaired for $995.00. All 300Watt modules (0101-300CH series) are repaired for a flat rate of $595.00.

Pallets may be repaired out of warranty if in good mechanical shape - no evidence of burn marks or lifted pads. Please consult the factory prior to returning pallets to receive a Return Material Authorization or RMA. Standard shop rate will apply, minimum charge one hour.
For all Silicon Valley Power Amplifier systems, the limited warranty covers parts and labor to the original purchaser for three years on everything except the power supplies which are covered by their manufacturers one year warranties. Damage caused by misuse, abuse or shipping is specifically excluded from the warranty. Minor deviations from specifications which do not affect the performance are excluded from the warranty. Amplifiers which are not returned in the original packaging are ineligible for warranty claims.

150W, 300W, 500W, 700W Silicon Valley Modules carry a one-year limited warranty. This limited warranty covers parts and labor to the original purchaser for one year on all parts. Damage caused by misuse, abuse or shiping is specifically excluded from the warranty. If the seals are broken, the warranty is invalidated. Modules which are not returned in the original packaging are ineligible for warranty claims.

Delta RF Technology, Inc. has a simple pallet amplifier warranty - 1 year against any manufacturer's defect. Any damage due to improper installation, overdrive, overvoltage, damaged I/O pads or traces, and overtemperature invalidate warranty. Proper installation procedures - electrical and especially mechanical - must be followed. Any evidence of solder tampering outside of connection areas also invalidates warranty.
